by MartinDB on November 08, 2007, 05:58:00 PMI'm trying a service from Digiguide which lists the next 10 TV programs to be broadcast that match a set of keywords.
At the moment it's using this keyword combination "tattoo OR tattooing OR branding OR piercing OR ink", if you have any suggestions for additions, please let me know. 282 Views | Rating: (0 rates)

by MartinDB on September 23, 2007, 10:27:00 PMFor those of you who can receive Discovery Real Time, and like me managed to miss the trailers, London Ink has started this evening.
More info can be found at the show's website http://www.realtimetv.co.uk/londonink/ .
There are six episodes.
Broadcast times are
Episode 1: 23/09 22.00, 24/09 03.00, 27/09 22.00, 28/09 02.30 on Discovery Real Time and an hour later on Real Time plus One.
Episodes 2 onwards are at the same times 7 days later.
Initial impressions are that it's a lot better than Miami Ink ever was and Louis Malloy is coming across extremely well. 377 Views | Rating: (0 rates)

by MartinDB on August 11, 2007, 12:25:00 AMAs you can see from the panel on the right (well you would if I hadn't moved it to the left), the old database has been successfully imported. I'm rather relieved about that.
There's a bit of tweaking to be done to the Tiny Portal settings to get the layout and options sorted, and I want Fnook's ukbodyart banner back at the top a.s.a.p. .
The old wordpress site (files and database) has been backed-up to my PC and is still on the server so the next job is to get to a point where that is accessible on its own again. The long term aim is to get the old content moved onto the new software. 320 Views | Rating: (0 rates)

Welcome to the new look UK Bodyart.Net.
As you may be aware, we added a Forum a few months ago, but it was only visited by the few people that still read the uk.people.bodyart newsgroup., and due to the amount of spam on there, it is to all intents and purposes, dead.
Recently, the plan was to move the forum onto the front page and install Tiny Portal. Unfortunately, that went a bit pear shaped resulting in blank pages instead of what you can now see. A new install has been made using a new database. At some point over this weekend I will be attempting to move the old database containing users and posts into this one.
